After closing that business during the spread of brick and mortar computer stores like Fry's and CompUSA, Justin maintained a handful of clients while transitioning into project management and business operations with a local 3rd generation construction firm, gaining invaluable experience in budgeting, accounting, and workflow optimization—skills that would later influence his approach to digital services.

In 2005, Justin founded Phase 3, a Santa Barbara-based company focused on helping small businesses thrive online through premium web design, digital marketing, and social media services.
